Release & Reconnect – Caesarian Scar Therapy Wellness Workshop

Are you ready to reconnect with your body & embrace the healing journey?

Join us for your transformative workshop designed specifically for women with Caesarian scars.

Learn how your breath can enhance the healing process of the connective tissue, self-massage techniques to help alleviate scar adhesions and connect with a supportive community.

This workshop is designed to be with an intimate group (10 women) so that you can get some one-on-one feedback and attention.

You will receive one of our Caesarian Scar Massage Kits (RRP $89) to use during the workshop and to take home with you to continue your journey.
